Information We Collect
When you create a Lumara Insect Identifier account, we collect your name, email address, and any photos you upload for identification. We also store your identification history, saved species, and observation notes to power your personal dashboard.
How We Use Your Information
Uploaded photos are sent to our AI identification provider to generate species results. We use your data to operate your account, improve the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Storage
Your account data, uploaded images, and identification history are stored securely in Supabase, with row-level security ensuring only you (and authorized administrators) can access your records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@lumara.chat.
